Hotel GuestCompass offers you free high speed internet. You can use this internet for daily use. If you need internet for work or you need to download stuff we recommend to use the paid internet.
Contact the reception for more information and rates.
Free internet:
You go to settings → wifi networks → Hotel GuestCompass → there is a screen popping up → you choose free internet (right button) → you are connected.
Paid internet:
You go to settings → wifi networks → Hotel GuestCompass → there is a screen popping up → you choose paid internet (left button) → follow the instructions → you are connected.

KEY
Keep your room key / room card with you during your stay. For your own safety, if you lose your key a new one will only be provided on presentation of a valid proof of identity.

LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING, IRONING
See dry cleaning.

LAZY SUNDAY
If you wish to have longer access to your room on the day of departure (any day, not just Sunday), we offer you a Lazy Sunday. Based on availability, you may then use your room until 5:00 p.m. This service costs €25,00.

LIABILITY
The hotel cannot be held liable for lost property from hotel rooms, meeting rooms or public areas. A safe is available, free of charge, in every room. Items that don’t fit in the safe can be stored in the safe at reception. However, the hotel cannot be held liable for any damage to, or loss of, these items.

NO-SMOKING ROOMS
All rooms in the hotel are no-smoking rooms. If it has been established that you have smoked in the room, a minimum € 150,00 in extra cleaning costs will be charged.
